Alemayehu Tufiri has become a leader in the region after starting the Belida station and bringing new levels of quality by innovative sun-drying techniques with traditional growing methods. However traceability remains difficult in Ethiopia, partially because of the government’s nationalization program and also due to the fact that most coffees are wild grown.
